Costing run

Hello,

During running costing program multiple lines are coming for a single cost. What could be the reason ?

Is it related to customisation ? This issue happening in scenario when there are work centres.

Dear Prashant,

1.While doing the costing run,the system picks the vlaid BOM and routing as per the BOM selection ID

and routing selection ID assigned to the costing variant in OKKN.

2.Your material's cost is as per the BOM component's and their quantity.

3.Rotuing cost is calculated as per the work center linked to it and the activity type assigned to it and

the per hour rate assigned for the activity type and cost center in KP26.

4.Your work center formula aasigned in the costing tab key in work center plays a major role here.

Check all these settings and take the costing run.

Please read proble as below.

During calculation of standard cost with respect to base time from routing is being replicated wrongly.

During calculation only production time should be calculated with respect to process cost but in addition base time cost is also added & finally impacting product cost.

Is it related to customisation ?

Please check the formula applied in the workcenter for that activity Production time.
