Different condition records for PO print out

Hi,

I have maintained one condition record for an out put type(say NEU) with "Document type", and another condition record for another out type(say ZNEU) with combination "Document type/ purchasing organization". System was perfectly triggering ZNEU when ever i tried to create PO for particular purchasing organization, otherwise it was triggering NEU, if I tried to create with combination of other purchasing organization, which was fine.

But suddenly now system is triggering only NEU for any combination, even if i like to create the PO for the particular purchasing organization. How and why system is behaving suddenly like this?

Please advice.

Hello,

Please make sure you have output condition record for ZNEU. Also, in the Output access sequence, Exclusive check box should be unchecked to determine outputs for NEU & ZNEU.

You may carry out an Output Determination Analysis in PO Output screen (ME22N). In most cases, this will tell you issue.
