db failed return code 008192

Hi,

I'm installing a cluster Windows 2003 x64 SP2 with ECC6 SR2 oracle 10.2 unicode.

During the installation to centrale instance, the dispatcher is down.

    And if you post logfiles, please put code tags around - means, paste the content in the edit field, mark it and press on the "<< >>" symbold next to the underline symbol. This makes reading the files much easier and prevents the system from "interpreting".
