Order mail confirmation in B2B CRM Webshop

Hi,

We are facing an issue for the order confirmation via the webshop. When creating an order in CRM (GUI)of the same transaction type as used in the webshop, a mail confirmation of this order is send without errors. But nothing is even triggered (SCOT) when doing this from the webshop side.

We made some configuration modifications in the following transactions:

- CRMC_ACTION_CONF

- CRMC_ACTION_DEF

Does something needs to be activated in the webshop administration? Or are there some more configuration steps needed?
