How to return the stock from "Receiving Valuated Stock in Transit"

Hello All,

I have following scenario

  • Intracompany Purchase order - 25 PC
  • Outbound delivery - 25PC
  • Goods Issue - 25 PC
  • VLPOD - 25PC (done at the port)
  • Goods receipt - 21 PC (Goods receipt done at Receiving plant)

so now i have 4 PC stick in "Receiving Valuated Stock in Transit".

screenshot of MB5SIT

can you please suggest how can i get the quantity back to Source plant.

i tried 411 T & 412 T, but no luck. 411 T only works for stock stuck in "Issuing Valuated Stock in Transit".

I do not wish to return complete flow (goods receipt at receiving plant, reverse VLPOD and reverse of goods issue).. as billing document are created.

Thanks in advance,

Nag

Take a look at: https://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_05/helpdata/en/e9/858c53589749e997a12742570b6b91/content.htm?loaded...

And the image of the movement types:

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

I reckon from your description that your stock is sitting at receiving plant as "receiving valuated stock in transit", so it should be returned with 69E movement types. That's how I read the above diagram, however I didn't have a chance to test that out.

Hello Naga,

In such scenarios I believe SAP only gives two options:
1- Cancel the whole goods issue and to do it again with the right quantity (i.e. 21 in your case).
2-Receive the whole quantity and scrap/return/request credit note for the missing quantity (i.e 4 in your case.

Best regards,

Fortian.
