Service Master - MM SRVMAS and Standards

Hi All,

Please help in these questions regarding Service Master we create in AC01.

1. Does the IDoc type SRVMAS contains this information ?

2. Is there any international standards for Service Masters ?

    Where you got the IDoc type SRVMAS ..??

    You want to understand the service material or you want to understand the external service management.?

    Ankur,

    For external service mangement, first we have to maintain the service master via transaction code AC03 and then we can raise the PO to buy services from vendor.

    For service material we have to create a material master via MM01 and this material can be used in SD to sale the services to customer.

    Ankur,

    For External Service Master management no need to create anything in MM01.

    And also there in no international Standards followed for this service master.
