Hi, may I know is that CRM user unable to change Sales Blanket Agreement's Status? I have assigned all CRM user with Full Authorizations but they only able to view the status column only. Is that the limitations of CRM license? Or only PRO license able to change status only?

In general your SAP partner should be able to give information and help here best.
According to the License Comparison Chart for SAP Business One which available to partners only on PartnerEdge, the Limited (CRM) user has the following:
Sales - A/R: full
Purchasing - A/P: full
Business Partner - view

SAP Business One 9.2 PL06 based on an improvement request on this.
