Hi,
our client want to activate fund management after one year of go live.
Please tell me what we need to do for that and what will be the impact on all FI area.
what are the points to be taken care of.

Hi,
The main difference between the activation on go-live and on-going project, is that you will have to build a strategy what to do with open documents which are not assgined to any of FM objects. You will have to assign these documents using reassignment strategies in FM. After that, the implementation of FM is exactly the same as it was processed from the scratch.

U mean to say fund management is configured but not active
or u configured the fund mangement after 1 year go live,
if second option then u configure fund management, there are lot of steps , that added advance work for u
there impact also FI co MM Sd modules.becuase its link to these modules

I mean we are in production stage , after one year now client wants to implement fund management.
what all activities we need to do while doing implementation of FM and what point we ahould taken care. as there are so many things open in the system. like open PO, open GR, open sales order, open line items in FI.
