why only 2 jobs parallel run?

Hi, All.

I'm trying that some jobs run parallel .

I use 'JOB_OPEN' , SUBMIT xxxx VIA JOB (job) NUMBER (num), 'JOB_CLOSE' .

15 JOBs are released at every program run.

but only 2 JOBs parallel run.

and after 2 JOBs run, other 2 JOBs parallel run.

I don't know why.

I use 'JOB_CLOSE' exporting parameter 'STRTIMMED' = 'X'.

please let me know the reason.

As per my knowledge there is no concept like 2 jobs run parllay.
