Error 000010 Item category LF ZOON cannot be invoiced with billing type ZP

Hi ,

I an trying to generate the delivery related proforma invoice but then am getting this eroor , kindly guide me how to overcome this issue.......

error message " 000010 Item category LF ZOON cannot be invoiced with billing type ZP"

Go to VTFL, select your delivery type and proforma type and check whether you have maintained the item category. Since item category is missing here, system is giving that error message. Maintain the item category and save.

I have already maintained item category in VTFL, and item category i have maintained billing quantity as B is that okie.

look at the following customization settings

1. VOV8 BILLING TYPES

2. VOV7 RELEVENT ITEM CATEGORY BILLING RELEVENCE

3. COPY CONTROL CUSTOMIZATION SETTINGS FROM DELIVERY TO BILLING

Hi,

As for the standard setting for the item category ZOON, the fields Billing Relevance is Not Maintained, so this item category is not relevant for Billing. Now if you want to make it Billing relevance, maintain

the suitable relevance like B or C, which is order related billing and try.

Press f4 to see the available relevance's. Moreover, i can see the copy controls from OR to F2 in VTFA..

So if you make the item category as billing relevance then you should be able to bill it.
