We tried implementing client side groupware integration we have run into following issues:
1. when a user changes contact's business address in outlook it is not getting replicated into CRM
2. when a contact is replicated from outlook to CRM it is getting created in BP "General role" and not in contact person role
3. When we create a new contact in outlook and replicate in CRM it is not picking up the current number range defined in CRM
4. similarly when a account is created in CRM it is not created in defined role of prospect (which is our default in CRM for new account creation)
5. also account which is created in CRM is not picking up the current number range defined for accounts in CRM
6. email id of a contact is not getting replicated into CRM
did you face these issuee in your implementations? can you share your experiences and how did you resolve this
