Problems saving BEx Workbook to My Favorites

Hi, I have a user that IS able to save some workbooks to her Favorites, but then we have others that when she tries to save to her Favorites she gets errors like run-time error '429'.

Anyone have any ideas why this would happen with some workbooks and not others?

Problem was related to SMEN_BUFC table having incorrect entries... SAP has corrected the table.
