FI Workflow issue between ECC 5 and ECC 6

We recently upgraded from ECC 5 to ECC 6. Most of the workflow is going fine. However, we have come across an issue that is baffling.

A user created a document using F-65. After they complete the document, the document complete box is checked but the box "release necessary" is not getting checked (therefore the document is not going through workflow). Other documents are routing just fine.

It appears to be the combination of the posting keys on the document (01, 15, 40, and 50). I tried those exact same posting keys in ECC 5 and the release necessary box is getting checked.

As anyone else encountered a problem with workflow like this? If so, how did you fix it?

If I need to provide further information, please let me know. I am not the technical person on this and may not be stating everything clearly.

That is the first place I looked. I searched every possible term I could come up with. Since I was not having any luck, I came to the forum hoping that someone else may have encountered the same issue.

Eventually, I did find a note...1295458. This note fixed our problem.
