Hi,
Can anyone help me with pcr to calculate overtime for employee based based on daily as well as weekly hours.
if employee works for more than daily working hours of day and more than the hours of a weekly schedule, then he should be paid double of the basic+DA, for the hours he worked.
if the time is less than weekly working hours, then he should be paid only basic+DA for the hours he worked.
First you need a logic to differentiate Employees and Staff , Use OUTWP Function Read the technical documentation on the following
Next , Then if they work 48 Hours should be included in the logic use NUM and Write the logic as you required.

Hi Sikindar,
thanks for your time. I have managed to configure overtime through valuation bases.
But I'm stuck in suspension scenario. could you help me with it?
I'm trying to solve this through pcr as the employee status is inactive.

Then you are Using Positive time , So Here are the steps including the process
1. The No of hours should be transported via Time types in ZL table
2. These hours will be passed to Payroll and gets valuated in and amount will be paid accordingly
You have 2 ways to Valuate the wage type, Maintain the Basic and DA in Valuation basis table V_512W_B for over time wage type with 200%
or you need to write the PCR
