Error in Dispute Management

Dear Experts,

I am working on Dispute Management. I have created the dispute case and system generated the case number also. I am able to display the case in UDM_DISPUTE transaction code, but when I double - click on the case it is giving me the error message:

"Service Provider called :Incorrect SP Object Status"

(Message. no. SRMF071).

Please help me in fixing this issue.
