    Hi,

    Yes you can assign.

There is no specific limit for max persons per position.

      Hi, It is possible

      manage by T-Code: PPOME

      Select the required position,

In the Basic Data > Percentage can be maintained

if you have assigned one employee with 100% then try to assign another employee..you can set whether you want to display warnin message or error message

ie if the occupancy is more than 100 % then you can either throw error message or warning message..

if error then max 100% if warning then you can assign even more

to change error message to warning :goto OOVK

select bthe relationship 008 and in the left side select

      Relation ship characteristics

set the error meassage to Warning message

    Hi KB,

You can have more than one, but then how do you control the number of persons in a position if the number is unlimited? The answer is to have ONLY one person per position. This way you can control the number of employees by controlling the number of positions available in an organization. If you allow an unlimited number, then how do you control the headcount? Normally, you want only one person per position!
