SAP CCtr Reporting - Analysis Service is not being installed and IA displays no error

Hi everyone,

I facing some troubles installing SAP CCtr Reports using the following components:

- Windows Server 2016 Standard 64bit English

- SQL Server 2016 Standard 64bit English

- SAP Contact Center 7.0.10.0

When installing the Reporting Database Virtual Unit IA displays no error at all, if we check the logs thare are no errors neither:

But when having a look at SQL Server Analysis Service the DBs are not created (configuration, directory, operative, outbound and monitoring are properly created) as shown in the following image:

Reporting Service has been configured properly as well:

Finally because of the missing OLAP Cube in Analysis Service the installation of Standard Reports Virtual Unit is obviously failing.

There is any recommendation about what to check in order to find out the issue?

Hi Emilio,

Please check this related to your problem SAP note: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2388937

In SAP CC SP10 version there was a problem with OLAP database creation. Best solution is to upgrade SAP CC to newest ver. and recreate reporting databases.
