An Error has occured when trasfering file with R/3 order

Hi Guys,

Could you please help me on this.

when saving the order in CRM my i got this error..when i go into error details.

"Inconsistent update flags (Notification E C( 004)"

what needs to be done to slove this error.

what are the possible reasons for thsease.

Any idea on the route cause of this problem?why this error occurs?

because we got this error in production system. i want to simulate the same error in queue,
