You may use the Idoc type HRMD_A or HRMD_ABA. For test purpose you may simply use we19.

    Hi Libin,

As for finding your needed idoc.

    1. Choose the transaction WE09 (SAP Menu ® Tools ® IDoc Interface/ALE ® Administration ® Services ® IDoc Search by Contents ® WE09).

    2. Choose the Data Source button to specify whether you want to search for IDocs from the database or the archive (or both) .

    3. If you have set the u201AArchiveu2019 flag, you can select files in the archive information system, or manually.

Regarding to the steps to trigger an idoc , search SDN. But before that you will need to do ALE settings.

    Hi Libin,

    The idocs are

    HRMD_ABA

    HRMD_A

For trigerring, first configure the ALE settings

Use PFAL t-code to trigger the initial load of data

Use BD21 change pointer to trigger the changes to the master data.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello,

Our concern is not how to integrate sap with biztalk, but how data is passed from SAP to biztalk through idoc.

What steps needs to be done at sap end.

    Regards,

    Libin

    Hi,

Apart from the suggestions given above, Programs RHALEINI can be used to transmit a HR IDoc.

    PA0002 - employee table.

    Thanks
