bp data flow from CRM to R3 problem

Hi!CRM floks

In CRM, the changes made in business partners in BP Tcode not get replicated in R/3 in XD03 Tcode ( customer data ).

Scenario : when i change the telephone number and fax number of any business partner

( BP Tcode ) in CRM system, the modifications which does not replicated to customer

data ( XD03 Tcode ) in R/3 system.

how to check the related BDOCs for that one .why its not flowed properly ...

    Hi,

    Check tcode: SMW01

    Bdoc Type: BUPA_MAIN

    and check the error log if any..

    1) First check if any BDOC is created in SMW01.

    2) If yes and if there are no errors , Pls check the flow definition for the BDOC.

    3) This has several list of FM which will be exeuted . Pls try to debug. I hope there nay be filter which will be stopping it.

    Hi Preeti,

    To look for the error BDOCS for a specific Business Partner go to transaciton CRMM_BUPA_MAP , enter the Business Partner number and click on Queues and BDOCS. If its having any error BDOCS, it displays the BDOC details.
