PA - OM Integration

After doing a hiring action, i am can see position on infotype 0001 in PA but can not see the Holder relationship in OM.

table 77S0 has following

PLOGI ORGA = X

PLOGI PLOGI =01

PLOGI PRELI = 99999999

PLOGI PRELU = ' ' (BLANK)

With the above setting i believe there is no need to run Rhinte reports every time a hiring action is done

Can the seniors suggest where the error could be ?

I guess that your data for PA is in place and also the OM data along with all the relationships is in place. Then execute RHINTE10 which will transfer all OM objects to PA tables. Once that is done execute RHINTE30 with correct parameters on the screen.

uncheck 'open personnel numbers'

put the correct start date

and finally execute the session in SM35

I found the reason myself. The error was coming because the hiring action was being processed as batch job. It was not being run in the foreground via actions menu.
