Where is the data? [Processes and Forms] [HCM]

Hello,

a few days ago I have done the tutorial from Christopher Solomon about Processes and Forms(WDA).

for the data capture I used two Infotypes 0002 and 0006 and the 0001 Infotype to display data as shown in the tutorial.

I have created a workflow for the P&F, his job is to hold the data so someone can correct or permit them.

The workflow is working and the form arrive at the workflow inbox [SBWP] but the POWL has no buttons to show or to edit the form.

So have someone an idea why I cant edit the form or look at it?

How can I get it to work?

Do you know where the data from the form is stored or how I can reach the data?

Hopefully someone can help me and answer some of my questions and thank you very much in advance.

"Where is the data stored?"

It is stored in CASE Management....as the "process object"....this is a foundational component of the overall HCM P&F framework.....it is where your data is "persisted" until being actually written to database tables. You should have set up CASE Mgmt as part of HCM P&F set up and then you can use transaction SCASE (with proper authorization) to view all the information/data you possible need for each process you launch ("active"/current process object and data/form fields, data/form fields at each form scenario step, attachments, etc.).

Dear Lars Smyrek,

1) Please refer to my response in another discussion here: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3630518

plus the documentation here: SAP help on inbox configuration and HCM P&F

2) The data you see in the workflow and process configuration (picked from hrasr_dt transaction)

Hope this helps!

Thank you.

With regards,

Sahir.
