special liabilities for credit limit check

Pls help to solve. Thx.

Q1: Which Tcode to list data for special liabilities? For e.g., for sales value, I can use VA05 to list open sales orders to know the detail.

Q2: To exclude Bill of exchange fm credit limit check, should Tcode OBYN be used? Any thing else?
