How to delete/continue incomplete staff number

hi experts,

During the event of hiring through PA40, only 2 infotype created ; Infotype 2 & 185. Infotype 0 & 1 are not created.

1. How do we create Infotype 0 & 1 with the same staff number? For your info we have use PA40 to rehire staff number again but fail due to error message number is not within internal number. We can't stop using PA04 (number range) because it sharing many companies.

2. How to delete staff number created? For your info we have use PU00 to delete the staff number but error due to personnel number not yet assign?

For question 1 I want to continue using same staff number.

For question 2, I want to delete the existing one and use new number.

Is there any other suggestion to resolve this.
