let me see why RH_DELETE_FREE_POSITIONS is not working...

preview date take as 31.12.9999 and deleted on take as sydatum....

hi use the current date as today that is safer ,becos there might position that iscouupied now and vacant some time before ,so if you are giving 01.01.1800 then it will select all the posiitons in the system.

before deleting randomly check the posiitions.whether the posiiton is vacant.

or goto se16>HRP1007>enter the plan version and object type as S ,enddate as 31.12.9999,VACAN or vacant is X ,status 0.

check the no of entries..

the output values are needs to be deleted.
