Personal Data displaying in MSS

Hi,

I am new to ESS/MSS. In MSS , we have open process for the manager. In the open processes if we click on the affected employee (employee who is under processes e.g., termination, a POP-UP appears that shows the personal and communication details of the affected employee. Now I want to remove personal detials fromm the pop -up window. How can I do this.
