Item information of an Order wsa lost.

Hi Experts,

I have defined a number rage with tick external flag and assigned it to corresponding transaction type-Say ZHKA,and successfully generated an order with external id.But it is a pity that the order's item information wasn't lost . I checked that nothing wrong was found and could you help me?Had better supply some code example.

Hi,

Can you provide some more information on the issue? For example are there any error messages while adding the Item, what exactly has happened while you tried saving the Item...

Also from the Business Transaction Customization check the Item Category Customization. And the Item Category Determination also.
