Database connection error

Hi All,

Can anyone help me to find out the error that i got in communication sender channel.

Error during database connection to the database URL 'jdbc:oracle:thin:@ult02.th.u2632.xyz:1522:THPDWH' using the JDBC driver 'oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver': 'com.sap.aii.adapter.jdbc.sql.DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection to URL 'jdbc:oracle:thin:@ult02.th.u2632.xyz.com:1522:THPDWH': SQLException: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist System/6000 Error: 2: No such file or directory '

    Did you deployed the drivers for oracle databases in your instllation,contact your admin or basis for this

    Hi

    These are common Oracle Error codes which occur when DB is shutdown/ crashed.

    A restart of DB will help.

    check your connection settings again...

    Hi,

    Make sure that the ip address, port, table name etc are correct in your CC. Secondly check the firwall settings in both sides because most of the time firwall setting creates the connection problem.

    I hope you have already installed the JDBC drivers in your XI system.
