Hello Mai, you do not upload internal candidates directly to the successfactors instance. Instead you upload employees (process varies depending on if the bizx instance which runs RCM uses EC or not). The employees uploaded into the instance will automatically get an internal candidate if they access the recruiting module in the instance. Kind Regards Roman
