Redlining Software

Hello All,

I wanted to know if any 3rd party redlining tools could be used for markups and redlining features. I know SAP provides some basic features through the EAI/ECL viewer.

Pleas advice.

Thanks!

    Hi,

You can use Vcollab tool for redlining and markup.

      Anirudh,

Thanks for the reply. But I see this "Vcollab" is used for CAD and CAX product structures. I am looking to display simple PDF files which could be marked and redlined with more efficiency that EAI/ECL viewer.

Autovue could be a solution but seems to be very expensive.

      Thanks!

    Hello Paddy,

Adobe Acrobat works pretty well - I believe that will be the choice for the company I am working with right now.

      Bill,

Thanks for the solution. I was trying on the same lines with Adobe Acrobat. Can you please mention here what all components of Adobe is required to make this work? Can it work on the portal (for external customer) and on the sap GUI side (Internal users). Is this a server liscense?
