Alerts Issue

Hi,

I have alerts configured on my server and it is running good.

One issue is when we have errors on receiver JDBC i am not getting any alerts at that time. How can i capture those adapter engine errors.

You have to configure another alert rule in RWB for the type Adapter Engine errors.

    • I already have an alert rule set for this interface saying "No Restriction". This should trigger the adapter engine errors also right.

Is it required to create a separate rule again for adapter engine, if so, can you please let me know why?

      Thank you for your response.
