condition with date effect

Hi experts,

Scenario is like this.

1.Created PO on 01.10.2008 with old excise rates.

2.one condition (ZZXX - like frieght)also there, which is percentage based which calculated based on excise.

3.Now excise rates are changed.

4.While I am doing GR, the new excise rates in effect.

5.Client want this new value for also ZZXX.

ZZXX maintained with :

Calc type:A

Cond.cat:B

Ass-Seq:0002

Pls guide me, what properties of condition to be changed to get the result
