    While rest of the settings are like for normal B2B, you must make sure that:

    1. The shoptype in the application configuration you have picked is suitable for BOB

    Now, you must make sure that you have defined a shop using shopadmin/shopadmin which is of this BOB type.

    If your Application configuration (XCM) and the Shop id are not default, make sure that you use them explicitly in the URL.

    1. scenario.xcm = <your application configuration>

    2. shop = <your bob shop id>

    Hi,

    You have to do 3 things.

    1)

    For Backend configuration for Business On Behalf.

    Follow the "SAPNOTE-1119653 Business On Behalf -Internal-Reseller Scenarios for ERP".

    If you are technical person you need functional person to do this.

    2)

    Create shop in shopadmin web application base on Business On-Behalf scenario.

    In Business On-Behalf scenario you will see last tab "Customers". Enter here the partner function mapping the relationship between channel partner and customer.

    3)

    In XCM for BOB you have to go to >Components>customer>shop.

    Over here you have to set 2 properties in XCM.

    URL of XCM is

    http:// : /b2b/admin/xcm/ init.do

    documentsearch.name = SearchCriteria_BOB_Sales

    customersearch.name = SearchCriteria_BOB_Sales

    let me know if it helps.

    Thanks and Regards.
