We have a Z form rendering payment remittances from transaction F110 by specifying the payment run, company code and the printing details. When we print for company codes A and B using printer printerA (printer with HPLJ device type), it is generating the pdf file correctly. However, when we try printing the payment remittance for company C using printerA, it is getting the error "ADS: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionFault : SOAP(100102)". When checked in the default trace, there are a number or recurring errors transaction system failure in method rpDATA. It is trying to connect to the portal server, which is also the ecc production server using a random port and is not able to do so.
However, if you try pinting for company C using printerB (printer with pdf1 device type), it is successfully generating the pdf spool.
The system is running on ECC, NT, SQL Server, Netweaver Portal 7.0, SP15. Both the portal and the ecc system are on the same server.
