SC print error

Hello All,

We are running on classic scnario. I am using transaction "Monitor Shopping Cart". here after giving SC number I am clicking on print icon and getting following error prompt:

Specify either address number or addresshandle

If it is a IDOC related issue then how we can proceed to check it out.

Kindly advice me on this.

Hi Vipin

You can print sc via check status easily*(between detail and delete button you can find print option in check status. Can you tell me which button you clicked for printing in sc monitoring.

Hello,

I am using print icon which appears in "Monitor Shopping Cart" transaction at header level.

i.e. after entering the SC number and then in Actions column after Details icon.

please advice.

If you want to print the only option via check status only.

what you mentioned next to detail button in monitoring sc is create a follow on document .

take the mouse to that icon , you may see tool tip like create follow on document.

hope you understand now.

i recommend you to print via check status if you want to print.

plz understand symbols in srm.

Hello Muthu,

I think you should use Monitor Shopping Cart transaction. There are 5 icons at SC header level.

and FYI these are:

1. Details

2. Print

3. Create followon document

4. Update backend data

5. Delete.

So here I am trying to print. Now if you understand the symbols then suggest.

Your print might be an development but i dont see print icons in my sc monitoring.

i am in srm 5.0.

Hi Muthu,

I do know that we can print SC from the check status transaction.

I have this issue with one SC, where in when user clicks on print icon in check status trn, system will display a pop up of check status transaction again and not the print version of the SC.

This is happening in the case of only one SC, rest of the SC Prints works fine.

Do not know, what is causing this error? Your input will be greatly appreciated
