Does Business by Design (PS) include FM/GM?

I am looking for information on whether Business by Design - Public Sector includes the Grants Management and Funds Management modules. I realize that any customizing can be done to any area of SAP, but I would like to know if these modules are included.

Funds and Grants management functionalities are supported by SAP Business By Design.

You can search for "Funds management" and "Grants management" in Help center and you get documents on how to get started and configure the functionality. Do let us know in case of any specific questions with related to this functionality.
