no corresponding product found

Hi all,

For inhouse repair process,

i maintinaed item category determination:

repa-salesitem-usage()----


RREQ

repa-sales item-usage(diagnosis)---mainitem(rreq) item(dgns)

repa-sales item usage(return for repair) main item(rreq) item(rsub)

my product is of item category group sales item

the action return for repair is working perfectly.

where as whelk action daignosis: am getting the following message" no corresponding product found"

any clues plz

    I found that there is definition in action profile:

    Repair Request(Action Profile): Processing Details

    ordered_pro = SRV_diagnosis.

    how can we know that product is srv_diagnosis. What settings has to be made on product master to make it srv_diagnosis.

    2nd question) i have removed that condition and the previous error message is gone and getting action performed immediatly but am not able to see item with item category DGNS in my inhouse repair order.
