Unable to cancel/delete/reverve sales order with subsequent documents

Hi,

Can someone advise on this situation?

we have situation where we wanted to delete/cancel/reverse a sales order due to incorrect data. However when we try to do this in VA02 after reversing the billing document in VF11, we are getting the following error ( screen shot attached)

In a production system it is a terrible idea to allow deletion of sales orders - even if there are no subsequent documents created.

In a production system you don't delete orders via VA02, you reject and archive...

Hi,

What is the process flow? Screenshot of document flow doesn't provide complete picture of whether it is Order > Delivery > Billing or just Order> Billing.

If it is Order> Billing then you can't delete sales order just put reason for rejection.
