I am trying to delete two empty user folders that have become duplicated on our system.
The user concerned has all his private reports in one user folder, but somehow two more folders with the same userid have been created. Both are empty and I would like to delete them but the option is not available, even when I am logged in as an administrator and the admins group has 'full control' over the user folders.
The tick boxes next to the folders in the 'subfolders' tab of the 'user folders' section of the CMC are greyed out as are the options 'new folder', 'copy/move' and 'delete' at the top of the screen.
Any ideas?
