Over the past two years I have been on an implementation team working as a PP/MM/QM key user. Our go live event was successful and I have stayed on the project to support end users and future improvement initiatives. Prior to this I was the Process Engineering Manager.
My company has been struggling to find a new job description for me. Of course this has me worried about growth opportunities. I have been doing a lot of research on the question section here as well as other sites to find a job description and title that fit. Based on the research I have done and the questions I have asked our consultants, I would be considered a Super User or some sort of business consultant. I have a lot of knowledge of the use of other modules, beyond the ones I helped implement, and have been working to further integrate and change business processes to better use the system. My knowledge of the business is strong and goes from end to end.
Do those two job descriptions fit the information I have presented? Please let me know if more information is needed about what I have done or my roles. I am going to compile the different job descriptions and submit them to my human resources group with recommendations about what role I should take on.
