Can we implement one-Step, 2-step,N-step and Budget workflow simultaneously with mutualy

exclusive start condidtion.

If there is more than one workflow active for the same business object, it is necessary

to define starting conditions in addition to assigning agents to the tasks.

I have a requirement like below:

1. One-Step/Two-step approval for some user

2.And: for some specific User, i need to apply Budget wrkflow
