Please suggest how we can enable the functionality like.
In MIGO header whatever user key in delivery note field should be copied in bill of lading field.

Please take help of an ABAPer to write a small code for you. I do not think there is any standard way to do it.

Goto OLMB -> Settings for Enjoy Transactions -> Field Selection for MIGO -> Make field GOHEAD-FRBNR as req.

making a field mandatory does not signify that it will take value from the other field
