Hi All,
While execution of workflow in workflow log a task is displayed with status "Reserved".
I've never got this previously for the same workflow.
Please suggest me, what does this status mean and how could have this status arrived in workflow log.
Assume a workitem goes to 2 users A and B.
If one user(A) double clicks on the workitem it means he is trying to execute the workitem. At the same time the workitem gets disappeared from the inbox of the second user(B). If User A want to take action at later stage, he may choose "Cancel and keep workitem in inbox". At this point of time since he has tried to execute the workitem, the status changes to "Reserved".

Are you sure to remove the workitem from the inbox ?
If so, in the workflow log, click on the 1st row.
In the Menu, click on GOTO and click on Technical workitem display.
Again click on Edit -> Change.
You will find the Logically Delete option and adjacent to it you find "Execute" Button.
Once execute the workflow gets compelted and the workitem is removed from the inbox.
Be careful and confirm if you want to use the same in production.

Hi Nitin,
By clicking the Reserve that particular agent reserves the right to execute the workitem at a later time and the workitem vanishes from other possible agents inbox.

Hello,
If I'm not mistaken, it's when the user double-clicks on the workitem (in SBWP) but hasn't executed it yet (eg chosen a decision button).
