BP number range in CRM

Hi,

The BP Patient is always created in CRM, and will have a 6 digit number starting with 5. But now when the patient is created with the same specifications and roles of a patient it gets saved with a no. starting with 2 ( which is for hospitals).

Is it that the number range assigned to the patient is completed??

What will be reason for the above? and How can we check the number range for different BP roles in CRM?
