Price bid to be shared to all qualified bidders after Price opening

Hi Experts,

This is one of the requirement for our client. The requirement is that after the Technical Bid opening, the qualified bidders should be able to view the price bids of all the participating bidders after the Price opening.

What do you mean by 'qualified supplier'? It is quite dangerous to see others' bidding price which is unfair.

Thank you for the prompt response.

To your question, "Qualified suppliers" are those suppliers who have participated and submitted the bid responses. And also, have been accepted in the Technical bid evaluation process.

The requirement is that, for Public tenders, once the Price opening is done for all the qualified Bids, the quoted price needs to be made visible to all the Bidders. This is Public sector client and as per the CVC guidelines,this is a must in the process, so as to have transparency and assure fair tendering process.

As I know, in live auction, bidder could see the best bid price so that he could refer to this in order to give the next bid price.

However in RFx, even if for two envelope, bidder would not be able to see other's bidding price.

If you believe this is a missing functionality, you may contact SAP.
