Upload XML file in SAP Portal

Hi,

I'm new working with SAP Portal. I need to develop an application in which a user will upload an XML file in a page of the Sap Portal. Then, this XML file should be sent to the SAP/PI through the SAP Portal.

could we help me on how to do this?

So write the application! Use whatever technology you want that allows for uploading files from a browser and storing the data where PI can get it. Then add that application to portal as an iView. It is not a portal specific question. USe Web Dynpro, .Net or whatever you want.
