andy, is this the same as the url link button fields question that you answered for me?

hello,

i added comments to the "description" field on the document properties dialog box, thinking that the comments would appear in the description field on the New From Template dialog box in the description field, but that didn't happen.

is this suppose to work like i described above or is there another way to add comments to a model so that they show up in the new from template dialog box?

i am using cx 4.5 pro.
