Availability Check Information not working in CRM4.0

Hi Guys,

In CRM 4.0 while sales order creation after entering the product when i select the line item and click on the availability check button before saving the document, system is not showing the availability information of the product. This functionality was working fine before the support packs were implemented in our system.

Please anyone can give any clues to fix this issue.
