Collective search help does not contain any search help erroe during F4 on WEB UI

Hi All,

While performing F4 search help on WEB UI for change number, Engineering record and Material , system gives error message "Collective search help does not contain any search help"

I have searched on Forum, But have not found a solution,

Is any customization is required for this ?
