Error While Creating the holiday Calendar

hi Gurus

This is in regard to the Holiday Calendar When iam tring to create it its showing the error as "A date was Already entered for this year" but when i try to assign a different date for the public holiday also its not taking .. and when i chkd the List of Public holiday its not showing the holidays for the same day

pls suggest

Can you guide me where i can copy the calendar b coz i even chkd that for copying the calendar or the PH list but i didt find any option to copy.

Check the floating holiday whether any of the holidays are mentioned on the same date.

So you mean that each and every holiday need to be chkd in the list of Public Holidays . Because when i try to assign a different date it throws the same error message and more over there are more than 100 Public Holidays listed over there ..

Just out of curiosity, which country are you implementing HCM for, as there are more than 100 public holidays.

I am doing for India and PH list is not country specific you will have the list of all PH's irrespective of the ctry grpg.

HI Bharath,

First delete the holiday(which u want to delete ) in the list of holidays calender ID.

Than Create the same in the holidays than again assign the to your Holiday calender ID.
